Pupil Premium

The pupil premium is 'additional funding' for publicly funded schools in England. It is to raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils of all abilities and to close the gaps between them and their peers not just locally but nationally.

Pupil premium funding is available to those pupils who are identified as free school meals (FSM). If in the last six years a child has been looked after continuously for more than six months and are children of service personnel will have this entitlement. This is known as (Ever 6 FSM) and looked after children (LAC) .
